With the integration of the "dual-carbon" goal into the overall economic and social development, information disclosure activities related to carbon emissions have become an important manifestation of corporate compliance and social responsibility.2021 The Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the "Measures for the Administration of Disclosure of Environmental Information of Enterprises in accordance with Laws" in December, which explicitly proposes that enterprises are required to carry out carbon disclosure, and stipulates the scope of disclosure, disclosure content and some indicators, etc.

As an environmental public welfare organization, Lvse Jiangnan has published carbon disclosure observation reports on cement and pharmaceutical industries since 2021. As one of the key industries in carbon emission, the building materials glass industry's carbon disclosure status is worthy of attention.2023 In November, Green Jiangnan sent letters to 14 listed affiliates in the building materials glass industry across the country, and kindly prompted them to strengthen the disclosure of climate information in response to the enterprises whose carbon disclosure reports are still missing.2024 In mid-November, Lvse Jiangnan received a specific reply from Pinghu Qibin Glass Co. The enterprise expressed thanks for Lvse Jiangnan's prompting and organized relevant departments to learn the relevant policies of carbon disclosure. At present, the enterprise has completed the specific work of carbon disclosure in the national carbon market management platform.

Article 28 of the Administrative Measures for the Legal Disclosure of Environmental Information of Enterprises Enterprises that violate the provisions of these Measures and do not disclose environmental information, or disclose environmental information that is untrue or inaccurate, shall be ordered by the competent department of ecology and environment at or above the municipal level of the district to make corrections, be notified of the criticisms, and may be subject to a fine of 10,000 yuan or more than 100,000 yuan.
